A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator / Sales Support Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Liaising with customers and suppliers on a daily basis via the telephone and ticketing systems you will be a key member of the sales support team as you ensure the customers are kept informed of their order status and the team are able to provide accurate information to all enquiries.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Qualify incoming customer calls to understand their needs
Handle supplier calls and escalate issues as needed
Create opportunities from calls/emails and provide quotes
Follow up on quotes and sales orders daily
Process online orders, upsell, and switch sell when appropriate
Manage inbound tickets via Zendesk within response time targets
Maintain inboxes and adhere to SLAs
Build customer and supplier relationships
Update customer details on the system
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
Experience in using Zendesk desirable
Excellent communication skills
Previous Call Centre and Customer Service experience
Strong IT skills
Happy to work to team targets with ambition
