Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.
Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health, and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our e-commerce websites and online stores. You will work closely with marketing, product management, and development teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized e-commerce experiences that drive sales and customer engagement.
Key Duties:
* Design aesthetically pleasing, responsive, and functional e-commerce websites and landing pages.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create product pages, banners, and promotional visuals.
* Optimize site navigation, product categorization, and user flows to improve conversion rates.
* Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new site features and functionalities.
* Implement best practices for usability, site speed, mobile optimization, and accessibility.
* Work with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar to build and customize the online store.
* Maintain and update the website to ensure it remains functional and meets current SEO best practices.
* Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
* Manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, prices, and inventory.
* Collaborate with the content team to upload images, videos, and product information.
* Work with the marketing, SEO, and product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, product launches, and sales events.
* Assist in creating promotional assets and graphics for social media, newsletters, and online advertising campaigns.
About you:
* Excellent understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design.
* Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
* Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and mobile optimization.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
* Experience working with email marketing platforms and designing email templates.
