Working as part of the Operational Commissioning team, Contract Compliance Officers play a key role in ensuring organisations meet contractual, legal, and statutory requirements. Working closely with services and stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure contractual requirements are delivered as agreed. Identifying and applying measures to improve standards, maximise quality and value for money of service delivery.
Duties will include contributing to the development and delivery of effective strategies to provide high performing customer focused services within Adult Social Care. Working in partnership with service providers and other agencies to support, advise and guide them to maintain and improve the quality-of-service provision.
Contract Compliance Officers are required to collate and analyse contractual data using a variety of performance measures to produce information and written reports which will support in the assessment of existing and future provisions.
The role involves managing and collating information to support the coordination and delivery of the fee’s negotiation and uplift request process. Investigating complaints in relation to provider practices with the ability to support with conflict resolution to resolve problems and achieve improvements quickly and efficiently.
What you will bring to the role is excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, knowledge of relevant contractual legislation and experience of obtaining and collating information from various sources with the ability to produce timely and accurate documentation.
Knowledge of the regulatory standards (including Safeguarding Adults) and legislative requirements in the provision of adult social care.
