Application Support Analyst
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid Working)
Our client, a leading motor insurance company, is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and resolving issues within their application estate, performing root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role requires excellent analytical skills, experience with SQL Server, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse and resolve issues within the application estate.
* Perform root cause analysis.

Minimum Requirements:
* Three+ years' experience in an IT role.
* Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
* Familiarity with software lifecycle and basic infrastructure knowledge.
* Experience working with corporate databases, particularly SQL Server.
