I am currently looking for an accomplished Sales Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers.
With a heavy duty of administrative responsibilities within a customer-facing capacity, you will conduct outbound calling activity, generating orders, seeking new leads, whilst communicating with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities will include - but not be limited to:
1. Researching and canvassing for new business, processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
3. Assisting the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data.
4. Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on orders, check satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
5. Advise customers of predicted delivery dates, updates on orders, dealing with customer queries.
6. Approving orders for accounts which are over original credit limit set.
7. Supporting Finance on the control of credit limits and chasing late payments.
8. Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the sales team whilst supporting marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
With proven experience of working in a sales environment - ideally in a production / manufacturing / engineering capacity - you will showcase the ability to find opportunities to explore in order to generate new business.
You will have a clear understanding of sales targets, working to deadlines, whilst providing technical and professional advice.
