You will be working across various areas of the venue and as such will hold many roles from reception to party hosting to ensuring games are operating smoothly. Cash & card handling when working on Reception Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing following on from your training and induction Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work Uphold our venue rules at all times Follow all working regulation as set out in the companies employee handbook and where relevant specific reception regulations Report maintenance issues immediately to your manager Escalate any complaints to your manager swiftly and professionally Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five Qualifications/Skills Be able to work well under pressure Ability to work in various areas of our park Eager to Learn Fantastic Teamwork Be personable, engaging, positive and bubbly This role is all about personality and the right attitude where you know nothing else other than making all our guests feel welcomed and cared for at all times We are looking for somebody who is: Ambitious Charismatic Tenacious Inspiring Versatile Attentive Team-Player Energetic Working Conditions Our team members work various hours each week (a minimum of two shifts weekly) on a flexible contract. Flexibility is essential, our team members will work a mixture of daytime/evenings and weekends. Our opening hours will be 10am-10pm 7 days a week.
