Job description Company description Retail Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom Job description Expanding KBB retailer is looking to add talented salespeople to their team. Duties will include: - Being the face of the showroom, welcoming customers, understanding and meeting their expectations, identifying individuals’ budgets and requirements, guiding potential customers through the selection process to design their dream kitchen solution. Generating sales in line with the KPI’s and current sales target of the business. The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the Articad design software package, strong sales and communication skills, both written and verbal, a “can do” attitude with the ability to follow up and convert business whilst having a keen eye for design. Must be able to self-motivate while working alone but also have the capability and aptitude to integrate with the current sales and management team. Although this opportunity has a kitchen bias, a knowledge of bathroom design will be advantageous but is not essential. You will be required to perform other duties including accepting deliveries, managing customer collections, plus working in the tile, flooring and bedroom sections when required.
