Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales KPIs, including sales performance, ATV, UPT, and CRM objectives. Deliver an exceptional customer experience, consistently meeting and exceeding luxury retail standards. Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the boutique is impeccably presented and managed. Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a professional, high-performing team environment. Requirements: Experience in a leadership role within premium or luxury retail. Strong knowledge of the London market and its clientele. Passion for luxury fragrances and high-end retail experiences. Assertive, dynamic, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Proven ability to drive sales, motivate a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. Full-time and permanent contract availability. Offering: Competitive salary of up to £35,000 annually, depending on experience and seniority. Performance-based commission scheme additional benefits.
