Pertemps are working with our client based in Burton-on-Trent who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The right candidate will be a capable, strong administrator who can deal with customers on the phone within a busy role.
Being directly responsible to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for the sale of the client's range of products and to give technical and sales support to distributors, merchants, OEMs, end users, and the Company's Sales Managers. You will also need to be aware of and understand the UK & Group organization and their relevant cultures, to understand and be able to present the Company's Mission and Vision statements and be able to present an overview of its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities, Tasks & Activities as a Sales Support Administrator:
1. To have competent knowledge of Navision/SAP, Word & Excel
2. To have a basic understanding of the company products
3. Delivering excellent customer service
4. Provide technical support to end users
5. Processing sales orders
6. Processing of sales returns and customer credits
7. Ad hoc administration duties
Hours of work are:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
Friday - 08:00 - 16:30
