Salary: £26,927 to £30,288 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
Your role will involve providing exceptional IT support for a wide variety of devices and software across the college. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager and team to maintain and improve our systems, including cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Day-to-day, you will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with user account management, and ensure the network operates efficiently. You'll also have the chance to engage in exciting IT projects and help create user-friendly resources to empower staff and students.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in IT support, particularly in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365. Excellent problem-solving abilities, combined with outstanding communication and customer service skills, are essential.
Experience in educational IT environments or certifications like CompTIA or Microsoft are highly desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of reprographics services or medium-sized networks.
We’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to maintain attention to detail under pressure. You should be self-motivated, with a commitment to professional development and a passion for using IT to enhance education.
