£30,000 per year DOE + generous commission (OTE £55K)

My wonderful client is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Sales Manager to join their team and help grow the business. The business is 30 years old, but in the last 2 years has undergone a period of modernisation and transformation as it sets its sights on significant growth over the next 10 years. This is an ongoing journey and a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to carve out a new role and make a significant impact on the sales operations.
The office is dog friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and track a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through to successful deal closure.
* Respond to Sales Enquiries: take briefs, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to generate quotes and then follow-up.
* Be a CRM Expert
