Randstad is working with exceptional schools across West Sussex and Surrey to find motivated individuals ready to develop their skills while supporting students' growth. Our partner schools provide hands-on training and a welcoming environment led by experienced staff to help you excel.
Work with children aged 4-11, aiding in their academic, social, and emotional development. Experience in childcare or education is beneficial. The role is full-time, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, on a long-term basis.

Your responsibilities as a teaching assistant:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
* Be a positive role model in the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with materials and activities
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
* Collaborate with your colleagues
* Bring enthusiasm and dedication to work every day
What we're looking for:
* A passion for working with children and encouraging a love for learning
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with children or in childcare
* Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
* Confidence in supporting individuals or small groups
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
