Your New Role:
In this role you will be an inspirational leader within the finance function, driving the change needed to achieve business objectives. You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transformational efficiency changes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function. Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
* Business Systems Optimization: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure the effective application and configuration of existing business systems. Enhance system functionality to support business objectives.
* Project Management: Lead finance transformation projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
* Training and Development: Provide training and support to finance team members on new systems and processes. Ensure the team has the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
* Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive business performance.

What experience do you need:
* Ideally you’ll have 5 + years in a finance role with strategic responsibility.
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
* You have an extremely sharp eye for detail teamed with a strong experience in driving efficiency through continuous improvement.
* Strong understanding of business systems optimization.
* Experience in project management and change management.
* Extremely organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Solid communicator and stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate with multiple departments.
