Job Title: Marketing Loyalty Manager – Fashion Retail Management\n\nLocation: Cardiff\n\nThis position is office based, 5 days per week in central Cardiff. Please only apply for this role if you are happy to be office based.\n\nHours: Full time & permanent (39 hours per week)\n\nSalary: Depending on Experience\n\nAn excellent opportunity has presented itself to join our client, as their Marketing Loyalty Manager. An industry leader in the fashion sector, we are actively recruiting for a Marketing Loyalty Manager to join the management team to rollout and continually manage a new loyalty scheme.\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Loyalty Manager to develop, launch and drive the day-to-day operations of the new rollout of the Loyalty Programme.
This role would suit someone who has a good understanding of loyalty schemes, customer behaviour, and a proven track record of managing a large scale project.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Objectives for the role\n\nDrive Profitable Sales Growth through our Loyalty Scheme\n\n * Drive customer acquisition through online channels (website, social, in-store etc.)\n\n * Create & maintain a Loyalty Scheme activity plan that drives additional revenue\n\n * Analyse performance, customer data, and market trends to drive decisions and optimize revenue generating activity\n\n * Review ROI on all activity and provide regular stakeholder performance reports\n\nGreat Experience for Our Customers\n\n * Use insight and feedback to continuously enhance the customer journey by identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention and satisfaction through the loyalty programme\n\n * Manage rewards to ensure they align with customer expectations and values.\n\nCommunication\n\n * Create and maintain a clear communication plan.\n\n * Respond to feedback, work cross functionally to highlight, agree & embed process improvements.\n\n * Continually challenge ways of working by gathering feedback from competitors, customer groups and retail team\n\nTechnical/Compliance Support\n\n * Deal with administrative tasks such as payments, data security and data governance\n\n * Ensure all campaigns are legally compliant and on brand. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information being held, accessed or processed\n\n * Monitor the health of the customer database to ensure the data being used across the business is accurate\n\nKey experiences\n\n * Experience in analysing high volume of figures relating to campaign performance and ROI.\n\n * CRM and customer loyalty/retention experience.\n\n * Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and loyalty programme best practices\n\n * Good stakeholder management and communication skills\n\n * Enjoy working within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment\n\n * Previous retail or online / Ecommerce experience desirable\n\nSpecialist skills and experience\n\n * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems & loyalty platforms\n\n * Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills\n\n * Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with all other departments\n\n * Confidence to influence and collaborate with senior leaders\n\n * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies\n\n * Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously\n\nIf you feel these qualities describe you, then we would like to hear from you.
