Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
You’ll be working on the Kaluza’s Energy Retail platform. This is a single instance, SaaS technology platform that aims to revolutionise the operating platforms for energy retailers globally. This platform has been built with scale and technical quality in mind and is the foundation for decarbonisation efforts by Kaluza’s customers. We’re looking to transform to a multi-tenant, international ready model to help the business take on new challenges and external customers.
What will I be doing?
This role will support our sales effort through developing tailored proposals for potential clients. The Proposal Manager will coordinate individual proposal production and improve standard playbook. This will involve assessing and improving current processes and tools and creating a suite of templates for future prospective clients.
The role will work closely with the sales and client solutions team to understand specific EU client needs and also with our folk across the globe in the US and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate response to RFIs and RFPs working with commercial, product and engineering teams.
* Develop our response templates, bank of functional and technical answers and other materials used in responses.
* Write draft responses based on previous submissions.
* Develop standard processes that improve efficiency of producing proposals.
* Provide updates on proposal response completion to senior stakeholders and manage the sign off process.
Ideally you will have:
* Deep proposal management experience, working with EMEA customers.
* Outstanding organisation and communication skills to both technical and executive audiences.
* Broad range of experience within the IT space, any specific energy industry experience desirable.
