Within the range of £27,027 to £40,872 per annum
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
This is an exciting and diverse opportunity for a Business professional to combine your skills in general business, leadership and management, business support, marketing, logistics and finance with the aim of raising student achievement and promoting a positive student experience.
You will be required to deliver high quality teaching to support the development of our students and enhance the employability skills of young people seeking a career in business. The role will include teaching on our Level 2 and 3 Business qualifications, as well as supporting the implementation of the new T Level qualifications and T Level Transition curriculum offer due to launch in September 2025. It will also involve re invigorating the student experience with exciting learning activities and supporting learners to engage in meaningful industry placements.
You may already be teaching, or looking to move into teaching, and should therefore have up-to-date industry expertise, a good standard of education including Level 2 English and maths, and a relevant Level 3 business qualification. You should also have a teaching qualification or a commitment to achieving one within a specified time period.
Suffolk New College can provide relevant teacher training to those individuals who can demonstrate the potential to become effective teachers. This post is based at Suffolk New College Ipswich Campus. However, Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you will be required to work at and travel between campuses.
