Role
This is a broad and varied position, balancing financial reporting with commercial and strategic projects. Key responsibilities include:
* 60% Financial Reporting: consolidated financials, statutory accounts, tax compliance, and board reporting.
* 40% Projects & Commercial Work: supporting FP&A, driving process improvements, and leading business change initiatives.
* Managing statutory reporting, including year-end accounts, group consolidations, and liaising with auditors.
* Future scope – recruit and lead a junior financial accountant.
