We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and boost brand awareness.

Your Role:
Day to day you’ll work alongside our Campaign Manager and wider marketing team to:
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
* Plan and monitor the company’s presence on social media platforms.
* Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and execute campaigns via email, social media, and web.
* Launch optimised online advertisements to increase brand awareness and demand generation.
* Work alongside our designer to create engaging landing pages tailored for campaigns.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and conversion, including tracking lead quality and supporting the lead management process.
What We’re Looking For:
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM system (or similar CRM systems)
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role within a B2B environment
* Knowledge of current regulations regarding GDPR and other data protection laws
* Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
* Proven ability to communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely, both in writing and verbally
* Demonstrated experience in working within a busy environment and independently managing projects on tight deadlines
* Experience in building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and team members

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week (Mon to Wed) from our Salford office
