Providing a high quality service to the UK Operations the Logistics Reporting Analyst will gather logistics performance reports from individual BUs, consolidate analyse material, prepare and present insight to wider business stakeholders. This role will be responsible for gathering logistics service performance data, from across the PUK, PFM and MP legacy business units, and managing the reporting of performance to the Pilgrims Europe Business. The individual will be responsible for working, with the logistics teams and 3PLs across GB & IOI to support on the ground data gathering. The role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will play a key role in making the Pilgrims Europe Logistics a Best in Class operation. Accountable for logistics performance data gathering, consolidation, review and insight preparation in a timely manner to support weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting cycles Responsible for consolidated reporting of key Logistics service measure, such as: Customer and intersite DOT, 3PL warehouse CSL performance and own resource utilisation Working with key logistics stakeholders responsible for pulling out insight & trends from the logistics data to inform the so what and drive performance improvement Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with Internal and external stakeholders, such as: transport teams, warehouse management teams, Commercial Supply Chain stakeholders, Site Supply chain Manager, 3PLs To establish and continue the development of strong two-way relationships within Internal and external stakeholders Undertake Administration and KPI reporting duties relevant to the Logistics function.
