Established over 20 years ago, we are now one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in the UK, so this is an ideal opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic environment and be part of the team in what is already a success story Responsibilities: Provide on-going operational support including Desktop operating systems, upgrades, service pack installations, bug fixes, security updates and any system change activities Provide installation, maintenance and support of hardware and software Provide administration in a Microsoft Windows 10,11, Server 2019 environment Creation of desktop\laptop build images Administrative support of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 365, Active Directory Management of Mobile devices Asset Management System data backup and recovery Remote worker support and home worker Wi-Fi environments Manage Office relocations Support of Alcatel\Lucent Call Centre VOIP Phone system Third Party Vendor support Recording of tasks within corporate Help Desk system Candidate Profile: Excellent Windows 10,11 experience Wide range of IT experience including Systems/Network Administration experience in a Microsoft Active Directory, Office, Outlook 365 environment. Expert knowledge of PC, laptop hardware and printer architecture, trouble shooting. Knowledge of Cisco VPN and MFA Knowledge of VMWare\Veeam Backup & Replication Knowledge of VOIP telephony systems Knowledge of Proclaim Claims Management System would be beneficial Proven Customer Service skills, with excellent written and oral communication. Good knowledge of IT Cyber security best practices, internet content management and Firewall support. Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have a Microsoft Certified Professional certification or at least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar support role. Experience working with Alcatel Telephony would be an advantage Driving licence and own transport is essential as this position will cover multiple sites.
