Contract: Temp to Perm
Qualifications:
* Essential: Time-served apprenticeship or HNC in a relevant subject.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Able to use hand and power tools efficiently.
* Desirable: Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, autoclave threading, coning high-pressure tubing, forklift, and overhead crane certificates.
* Strong understanding of technical information, engineering drawings, and schematics.
* Experience with assembly, manufacturing, and small bore nonferrous tube bending.
* Familiarity with well control and pressure testing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret and follow engineering drawings and instructions to assemble products.
* Manufacture and maintain hydraulic systems, ensuring cleanliness.
* Monitor production to detect defects or faults and maintain quality standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement and support company initiatives.
* Safely and accurately assemble, test, and pressure test new products and their accessories.
* Support product assembly improvements through techniques, innovative ideas, and problem-solving.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
* Maintain organised workspace, follow risk assessments, and support safety initiatives.
