IFA Administrator Hybrid working (2 days in the office) Up to £32k Cardiff This role is best suited to those individuals with 2 years’ experience within an IFA Administration role and working towards being level 4 qualified. This role is in a hybrid capacity with 2 days a week in the office. Salary up to £32k. The Business The business is a financial services firm who have been in operation for over 20 years with multiple sites across the UK. They are going through a period of growth both organically and via acquisitions, currently with £5 Billion in assets under management. The Role Within the role, you will be working within a POD, supporting the advisors and paraplanners, helping prepare for annual reviews, arranging meetings, processing new business and ad hoc requests. You will also be building effective relationships with clients, communicating via telephone and email to help them to the best of your ability. The client is at the heart of everything you do. An individual with knowledge of investments products, as well as experience using CRM systems will thrive, allowing you to develop within the role, including opportunities to be involved in projects within the business.
