What we ask from you? Role Working in collaboration with the muti-disciplinary team and colleagues to:- -Assess, review and complete wound care for patients.-Provide a plan of care using wound care policies and pathways for guidance utilising the wound care dressings formulary.-Liaise with Wound Clinic Leadership team and Tissue Viability specialists when indicated.-Providing holistic assessment of patients' needs making onward referrals where required.-Ensure safeguarding needs are met and escalated where indicated.-Supporting junior staff and students in achieving their learning outcomes. Qualifications and training Essential- Nursing degree (Or equivalent) including registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.Desirable- Further continued professional development, practice supervisor and assessor training. The successful applicant will be working across clinic community settings, therefore, musthave the ability to travel within a geographical area to meet the requirements of the post.
