Deputy Ward Manager A0 - GUH
12 month secondment
An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse on A0.Candidates should be forward thinking, be able to demonstrate good clinical and assessment skills and able to manage the team in the absence of the ward sister. The ability to support the ward sister in managing the ward in a fast paced and challenging environment; to demonstrate excellent communication, decision-making and motivational skills along with patient centered care are essential qualities for this post.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
