Hoko Design is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Technician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in domestic extension architecture, looking to develop their skills and contribute to innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce detailed technical drawings for domestic extensions and other residential projects.
* Collaborate with architects and other team members to deliver projects from concept through to completion.
* Prepare planning and building regulation submissions.
* Ensure all technical designs comply with current regulations and standards.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
* Provide technical advice and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage project documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with a strong portfolio of residential projects, particularly domestic extensions.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential).
* Sound knowledge of building regulations and planning processes.
* Strong technical drawing skills and the ability to produce high-quality, detailed construction drawings.
* Experience working with contractors and coordinating project teams.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
* Previous experience in managing or mentoring junior staff is a bonus.
