We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our team and work closely with our cluster General Manager to lead our hotel's continued success and continue to grow our business. As Glasgow's only 5

* Experience in quality lifestyle luxury properties. Our mission is to provide unique and exceptional service across all areas of the business in line with Kimpton standards, so having experience working within an F&B background is preferred
* Strong guest focus, you will be forward-thinking and strategic, with experience in a branded multi-venue establishment (ideally within a luxury property) and always keep the guest at the centre of your plans
* Hands on approach, you won't be afraid to take a proactive approach to managing and identify who needs support and how best to approach this. You will be an inspirational leader who likes to lead by example!
