Working Pattern: 24 Hours per week 3 out of 7 Days per Week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) 06:00am - 14:00pm Temporary contract until October Rewards: 28 days' paid holidays (pro rata) Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Company Pension Scheme Training & Development Uniform Provided Onsite Parking Company Events The Role: Recording Deliveries to HACCP requirements Moving goods/kegs from delivery area to stores/kitchen Informing management of stock/delivery issues To ensure all equipment and materials are used in correct manner and any problems are reported immediately To ensure that the stores areas are maintained in a clean and tidy manner in accordance with company standards To ensure company policies relating to sales handling, stock control and stock ordering are implemented and monitored, taking appropriate action to resolve problems. To maintain effective communication with all other departments including, head office and airport management, To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures as well as to comply with all airport rules and regulations as set out by BIA. The Person: Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience working in a hospitality role. The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail. Good communication skills - written and verbal. The ability to demonstrate great team work skills. The ability to follow instruction. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
