You will: Undertake clinical risk assessments and make informed decisions about next steps for patient care with a senior practitioner. Deliver short-term psychological interventions using evidence-based techniques to manage distress. De-escalate crises and empower patients, carers, and families with distress tolerance and emotional regulation strategies. Liaise with key agencies such as social care, emergency services and community mental health teams to ensure seamless patient care. Supervise and support junior staff, apprentices and trainees, fostering a learning environment. Champion service user safety and dignity, driving continuous improvement in crisis response services.
