About The Job The Project Planner function will act as a key support function to assist site management in achieving key KPI´s related to the safe, efficient and optimised execution of maintenance. The Project Planner is responsible for strategically planning, interfacing with site management, to reduce lost RBA. The Project Planner is responsible for building and maintaining the yearly maintenance plan before and during execution. Execution is handled from site, O&M Site Coordinator to inform about status. Project Planner to update plans according to execution. And ensure plan is reflected in both the planner system and in the maintenance system. Accountable for advising site management on risk and opportunities on the plan and reporting maintenance periods and planning forecast to the wider organisation (reporting system). Key responsibilities and mandate: Day to day administration of asset SAP (maintenance system) systems to ensure compliance with the high level Primevera P6 Plan. Be process responsible for internal regional department processes. Develop and manage site Operation and Maintenance plans of all offshore works e.g., Yearly maintenance, campaigns, HV, Bop, blade repair etc. Continuously/ regularly update the plans to handle unforeseen events e.g., WTG restrictions, tool shortage, vessel breakdown etc. Model and identify the changes throughout the year in planning to the integrated site plan and provide recommendations to site management on risks and opportunities regarding the changes Maintain the “visual scheduling board” ensuring visualisation of progress and status Strategically bundle work where appropriate to reduce production loss Resource management to support site: Support demand forecasting across the year (vessels, resources, critical spares & tools, contractors) Propose ways of balancing manpower with tasks Update asset SAP (maintenance system) Translate long-term plans into execution plans in cooperation with Scope responsible e.g., Project Engineer, Operation Manager etc. Plan logistic solutions (based upon work plans to maximize time in the WTG and to minimize travel time/distance) Prioritize Health, Safety, Environment and Quality within the region support function Accountable for data in area of responsibility to Day2Readyness preparing sites out of warranty Key deliverables and activities Success criteria/KPIs can be found in the individual Performance Dialogue Stakeholders and main interfaces Manager of Regional Support Operations Mangers Head of UK Your profile Superuser in SAP (maintenance system) Proven track record and experience in work planning High level of communication skill and excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of planning tools e.g., Primavera, Shoreline or similar Good presentation and administrative skills IT-Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook Ability to prioritize own workload and organize time and tasks efficiently and be proactive Fluent in English, spoken as well as written Additional information Our offer Good remuneration, a challenging and international work environment, and the possibility to work with some of the best in the field.
