Job Description
* Chasing payments via phone and email.
* Managing the collection of outstanding invoices.
* Allocation of incoming cash.
* Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
* Negotiating repayment plans with clients.
* Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial stability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:
* A good working knowledge of chasing payments.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collect payment as well as build relationships.
* The ability to work well in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
