Administrator Hours: 35-38 per week Schedule: Mon-Fri days Requirements: High standard of communication skills written and verbal Professional and well presented. Ability to work autonomously as well as with others in a small team environment Well organised and self motivated, with a positive nature Experience working within an office environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work-load Ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines. Duties/Responsibilities: Payroll/Financial data processing and administration Dealing with queries and enquiries efficiently and effectively to resolution Incoming/Outgoing post Photocopying & Filing Other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required by the Office Manager.
