Key information for the Chef de Partie role: Hours: Full time - 40-45 hours per week, on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends. Pay: £12.80 per hour plus approx. £1,500 per annum service charge (paid monthly). As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen. There are also great opportunities for you to be involved in menu development by giving menu input on a regular basis, including special event menus. We're looking for a great 'all rounder', confident in all areas - some experience in a seasonal, high quality kitchen with fresh ingredients would be a plus This would be a great opportunity for an existing Chef de Partie who is looking to build upon previous experience and knowledge in a thriving and successful restaurant or for a confident Commis chef or Demi Chef de Partie looking to take a step up in their career.
