Opening all incoming documentation, sorting clinical documents for scanning Prioritising urgent/ to be actioned documents and working alongside our commissioned provider for coding and scanning Scanning/coding in-house documentation (ECGs, asthma score, 24 hour ECGs/BP) Triaging all incoming clinical letters Prioritise and respond to all incoming emails E-consultation and Healthier Together administration and clinical team allocation GP workflow functions understanding about GP allocated work and priorities Scanning of all registration forms and supporting with patient online access Coding of RESPECT forms and communicating with GPs accordingly File registration forms and online access forms electronically Monitoring emails throughout the day Monitoring e-consultations throughout the day Responding to registration queries from Healthtech Clearing outstanding documents on EMIS and managing the throughput of incoming administrative traffic Responding to Surrey Health queries Completing personal tasks Clinical waste and respect forms administration Liaising with our clinical notes storage provider to archive and retrieve notes as required There may be occasion and requirement to carry out other tasks dependent on workload.
