This role requires someone with over 5 years of marketing experience, with essential agency background and a solid understanding of media marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement traditional media marketing strategies, including print, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising Manage media planning, buying, and negotiations across relevant channels Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet brand objectives Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality Work closely with external media partners, suppliers, and agencies to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness Monitor and analyse the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective media spending Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms Key Requirements: 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in agency work Extensive experience in traditional media marketing (print, TV, radio, outdoor, etc.) Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and budgeting Excellent communication and organisational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Experience in the house building or construction sectors is desirable, but not essential Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment A proactive and results-driven approach to marketing Why Apply?
