Partof the CC Nurseries Group our nursery is ideally situated in aquiet area close to Shawlands train station and Shawlands shoppingcentre. This location allows us to offer a quiet and calming spacefor children to explore at their own pace. At Pied Piper our caringand passionate team believe in nurturing children with real lifehands on experiences with outdoor resources where possible. Weoffer an extensive outdoor area with a unique and inspiring sensoryshed and creative studio giving children of all ages theopportunity to discover and experiment as they learn and grow. Weunderstand each child is different and we want to provide childrenwith a unique experience that works for them with our quality teamresources and environment.
Requirements
Asan Early Years Practitioner youwill:
Providestimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resourcesto children that are appropriate to their age and stage ofdevelopment
Enhance the allarounddaily needs of children including their physical intellectualsocial and emotionaldevelopment
Assist with embeddingan effective key person approach to enable children to form secureattachments.
Ensure the safety andwellbeing of every child staff parent and visitoralways
Work within a team tosupport all children and team members within yourroom
Understand and ensure thatthe requirements of the Curriculum for Excellence aremet
Have at least 1 yearexperience of working in aNursery
