Wigan-based Administrator, full-time, £25,000, Monday-Friday, permanent Your new company A medical industry operating from headquarters based in Wigan is now recruiting for a Project Administrator. This is due to internal development, as the business is expanding and therefore now recruiting on a permanent full-time basis. Working hours are flexible, offering flexi-time arrangements in pace with the potential to work from home, within business needs. Standard working days are 7.5 hours, Monday – Friday. However, please note, travel is compulsory for this position, as you must be willing to travel to both the UK, Europe and the US and to attend a minimum of 2–3 conferences per year in the US for a period of 5–6 days each time to support events which will be fully, expensed Your new role As Project Administrator, your duties will include organising project trackers in Excel, Draft contracts, and agreements for review by Project Managers. Along with administrative duties, which include taking calls, emails, arranging travel and accommodation for meetings. Prepare personalised itineraries for each faculty member and populate the majority of on-site running orders and work closely with colleagues in finance, design and website development. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent organisational skills, and must be proficient with using Microsoft packages, including excel. You will be working within a small team. Therefore, you should be a collaborative team player, with strong written and verbal communication skills. With strong problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and should be confident when speaking with new customers, to build relationships and maintain future business.
