Pay: Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It's our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.

You Will Be Responsible For
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
* Implementing the training you have received to work safely and effectively.
* Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines that meet their needs.
* Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understanding your store's performance and your role in driving service and sales.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality.
* Living our values, making everyone feel welcome, and following our policies.
* Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
