We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities: Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance tasks - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems (we will provide relevant training where necessary). Safety First: Prioritises safety to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment. Team Player: Collaborates effectively and supports fellow team members. Guest Focus: Committed to enhancing guest experiences through excellent facility maintenance. Adaptability: Can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment. Day in the life of: As the Maintenance Operative, you will take joint responsibility with the manager to ensure the hotel is maintained to a high standard and to ensure that the property is a safe environment for the guests and staff, conforming to the requirements as laid out under the Health and Safety legislation. You will need to be flexible to work shifts on bank holidays, evenings, weekends and any other holidays as requested.
