* Manage client pipelines across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations.
Person Specification:
Essential:
* Experience in selling to the professional services sector.
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Proven ability to handle objections over the phone and negotiate effectively.
* Highly organized and proficient in Office 365 programs.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with the probate process.
* Experience in property valuation.
* Knowledge of CRM systems.
