As a member of the Urgent Primary Care team, the post holder will support the delivery of key objectives for the Primary Care & Community Services Division, through working closely with the Operational Service Manager and the Shift Lead team
Reporting to the 24/7 Urgent Primary Operational Service Manager, the post holder will manage the overall Shift Lead team based in Vantage Point House, ensuring compliance and training is ongoing, and also provide administrative support to Operational Service Manager where required.
The post holder will also undertake general business and administrative duties as required and act as a delegated representative for the Operational Service Manager/Shift Lead where necessary to support the delivery of the service.
The post holder will have shared responsibility for non-clinical staff in the day-to-day management including escalation support for Frailty / SPA during out of hours and the OOH operations.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly in order to ensure the smooth running of the Business Support function
