Our Short Term Bedded Services help Hampshire residents with timely discharges and admission avoidance, and provide community options, through strength based and person-centred assessment. As a qualified Occupational Therapist with a current HCPC registration, you’ll provide first-class occupational therapy support to older adults, helping them to get back on their feet and ready to go home. What you'll do : Conduct initial assessments for new residents and deliver appropriate interventions, enabling you to see first-hand the impact of your support. Establish positive and supportive connections with residents, their families, and carers. Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident, ensuring person-centred care.
