Social Media & Content Executive
At Vax, you'll play a key role in growing awareness of our key Social Media Channels. Joining a team of experts you'll test, learn and drive growth.
You'll need to be willing to get involved in all aspects of Social, from content production to collaborating with our customer service team. We encourage a real entrepreneurial spirit, where all ideas are welcome and encouraged.
We are looking for a great communicator who understands the importance of social media in growing a brand. You will love creating content that displays the real-life benefits our products offer the millions of busy households out there. Growing awareness and inspiring action from online communities along the way. You’ll be a fantastic ambassador for the Brand, always championing a strong collaborative team approach.
You'll ideally have experience of managing TikTok & Instagram for a brand or organisation, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, great creativity and copywriting skills, and experience of short-form video editing.
This role will be hybrid based, but with key office days Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for collaborative team meetings with work from home Thursday & Friday – this means it is important that applicants are able to commute easily to the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creation and presentation of engaging TikTok content ideas for the brand.
* Management of company's social media profiles and presence.
* Monitoring and analysis of social media trends to drive content strategy.
* Collaboration with marketing team on wider campaign planning.
* Social E-commerce support, from supporting social shops to designing email journeys to building bespoke social landing pages, social journeys take on many different routes.
* Regular reporting on social media performance and insights.
* Working with the Paid Social Media Manager to support the social media advertising strategy.
* Working with the Creative Studio to ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
* Brand Building by supporting the brand talent strategy with influencer outreach.
The Successful Applicant
A successful social media & Content Executive should have:
* Proficiency in using TikTok and Instagram as well as more traditional social media platforms.
* Proficiency in briefing and creating content.
* Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Creative mindset with a flair for innovation.
* A social and customer-first approach.
