Our Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Connections Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving both external and internal engagement, managing stakeholder relationships, and establishing a team to enhance customer relationship management and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability, reflecting the high level of responsibility associated with the role. It is not expected that you have all of the skills and experience listed in this role description, as you will have the ability to recruit to match the team needs.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment, have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.
What we’re looking for
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* In-depth understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.
* Experience in organizing and executing high-impact events.
* Familiarity with stakeholder management principles and techniques.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of successfully leading teams.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
* Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights.
* Knowledge of business development and marketing strategies.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role.
