FP&A Manager, Southwest, London (Hybrid), Wellness & Leisure, £100,000 + bonus

Position Overview:
The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming the FP&A function into a well-oiled, value-adding machine. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative, making decisions, and delivering results with minimal supervision. Reporting to the CFO, with a dotted line to the COO, the FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, lead strategic projects, and ensure the company is equipped with the insights needed to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the financial planning and analysis function across the Group, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee and deliver budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling for Aspria and Aspresso brands, including cashflow modelling.
* Enhance financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals including leading the implementation of a FP&A tool (e.g. Vena, data-rails or inhouse).
* Building and maintaining a suite of high-quality investor presentations.
* Deliver actionable insights through advanced analysis of financial and operational performance.
* Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and improve profitability.
* Support new club launches, mergers, and expansions with financial feasibility and “what if” assessments.
* Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
Required Skills & Experience:
* A proven leader in FP&A, with tangible experience in a similar role.
* Expertise in multi-site, multi-country operations, preferably in retail, hospitality, or health & wellness sectors.
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with short-term priorities.
* Deadline driven and able to take a big picture view, when necessary, as well as being good in the detail.
* Exceptional skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and advanced Excel/financial tools.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
* A collaborative leader with a growth mindset and a keen eye for innovation.
