We are looking to appoint a skilled and knowledgeable additional administrator for a fixed term post of 1 year to provide the Highland Violence Against Women Partnership with the capacity to respond to government development requirements in Highlands. The post is to work for the Highland VAWP and the successful candidate will be employed by NHS Highland.
The Highland VAWP is a group of services who work together to prevent all forms of Violence Against Women, identify those affected and provide services and support that increase their safety and well-being. Importantly they also work together to challenge and hold perpetrators accountable for their behaviours.
The successful candidate will provide a full secretarial / administration service to the VAWP. You will be able to deal with sensitive information, handle enquiries, and provide information in a confidential and supportive manner. You will be required to support the Training and Development Manager, the Training Officer and the MARAC Coordinator working alongside the other VAWP administrator.
Excellent communication, planning, organisation and administration skills are required. You will be educated to HNC level. You will possess a driving licence and have access to a vehicle as the post will occasionally involve travel throughout Highland and further afield. A flexible approach and an enthusiasm for VAWG issues would be a distinct advantage.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER VISA SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS POST.
