This award-winning digital bank is looking to appoint an experienced employment counsel to its Employee Relations team in London.
In this role you will take an integral part in shaping HR strategies, advise on the full employment law spectrum across advisory (contentious and non-contentious) and corporate support with M&A activities.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 5 years' PQE advising Financial Services firms, fintechs and challenger banks, experience of the FCA's Conduct Rules and Senior Manager & Certification Regime would be ideal.
