Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Warehouse Co-Ordinator. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual looking to be a part of a growing team in a fast-paced production environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Co-Ordinator reports to the Warehouse/Transport Manager and has responsibility for planning shipments that meet customer requirements and conform to our inventory management policies. In addition, the Warehouse Co-Ordinator will assist with inventory management on site.

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Daily processing of UK orders in SAP, booking in and logging the orders to be sent out same day.
2. Provide cover for the Warehouse/Transport Manager for any planned or unplanned absence.
3. Processing booking and sending out all samples on DHL.
4. Preparation of documents from SAP for shipment of goods both domestic and export.
5. Managing 6501 warehouse within SAP.
6. Handling any logistics related complaints from Partners or Customers.
7. Contacting haulers and customers with details about shipments and ensuring that deliveries are sent out and delivered on time.
8. Booking and arranging loads based on pick lists that come through from sales.
9. Communicating with customer service regarding upcoming loads and helping adjust orders.
10. Solving problems with missing quantities in raw materials or finished goods.
11. Help keep stock tidy, ensuring safety and ease of access.
12. Assisting warehouse team with any questions or queries related to SAP.
13. Cycle counting stock to ensure correct quantities in locations.
14. Cycle counting Fenos stock in Unit 33 and reporting stock levels to relevant parties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. 3-5 years Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Confident SAP user, particularly MRP.
3. IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
4. Ability to communicate at all levels and across different functions (e.g., Production, Procurement, Customer Services).
5. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal management if required.
6. Good team worker who will willingly support the entire planning team and cover other roles due to holidays and absence.
7. Exceptional attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Further education qualification in a relevant discipline preferred.
2. Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment that uses a wide variety of raw materials and produces a large range of finished products.
3. An understanding of Operational, Supply Chain and Distribution Processes.
