Job summary NHUC currently has an exciting new growth opportunity for which we are looking to recruit a General Manager. We wish to assess the creation of a new division led by a General Manager whose focus will be finding opportunities from the development of a new model of care for at-scale provision of Same Day Primary Care and the monitoring, reporting and expansion of NHUCs current primary care contracts. Additionally, NHUC is developing a real strength as an Education and Training provider, both in support to trainee GPs, Psychologists and other HCPs, but also through the delivery of educational programmes, such as our Urgent Care Conference. The successful candidate will rapidly conduct a situational analysis, and establish relationships across the patch, enabling them to produce a detailed business plan within the first 100 days, outlining and prioritising potential areas of business with the income stream potential from each with a realistic timeline for wider consideration.
