Key Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and resources for practical science lessons and demonstrations. Ensuring the safe storage and handling of chemicals and other hazardous materials. Assisting teachers and students with practical experiments and investigations. Maintaining accurate records of equipment and chemical inventories. Contributing to the development and improvement of science department resources and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: A relevant scientific qualification (e.g., degree, HND, or equivalent) is desirable. Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a similar laboratory-based role is preferred. Strong organizational and technical skills. A meticulous approach to health and safety protocols.
