About the role
* Organise, carry out and document direct (in person) observations, competency sign offs and supervisions with nurses across all regions.
* Using your complex care and clinical knowledge to provide professional support, reflection and learning that contributes to individual development.
* To document and report in line with CQC and company s protocols all observations, competency sign offs and supervisions in a timely manner.
About you
* Registered nurse with an active PIN with the NMC
* Experience of working with complex care physical health clients in the community
* Experienced in previously carrying out supervisions with an understanding of how to effectively document these.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Good attention to detail, a completer finisher.
* Ability to plan effectively with good time management.
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
What s on offer for the Clinical Supervisor role?
* Our client will offer you a salary of GBP41,500.
* 37.5 hours per week with the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the field-based staff. Evenings, early mornings or weekends may be required. This can be of benefit if you are looking for a role where flexibility is key around other commitments you may have,
* Majority of this role will be field based across the southeast regions.
